Having manufacturing and construction capabilities, coupled with a wide network of partners and contacts in the industry, we have been the preferred partner for many projects, and prides itself on always meeting the project requirements on time with quality works and services.
Precast Manufacturing
Precast Manufacturing is the production of precast concrete products whereby concrete are casted in in a reusable mould or “form” which is then cured in a controlled environment, transported to the construction site and lifted into place.

Furthermore, we are privileged to be the first in Malaysia to manufacture precast building components using new technology, Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (“PPVC”) or Modular Construction for condominium and public housing developments in Singapore.
In PPVC, free-standing volumetric modules (complete with finishes for walls, floors and ceilings) are manufactured and assembled in an accredited fabrication facility, in accordance with any accredited fabrication method, and then installed in a building under building works.
It can potentially achieve a productivity improvement of up to 50% in terms of manpower and time savings, depending on the complexity of the projects. Furthermore, dust and noise pollution can be minimised as more activities are done off-site. With the bulk of the installation activities and manpower moved off-site to a factory controlled environment, site safety will also improve.
